By accessing this website or purchasing The $3 Luxury Candle (the "E-Book"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Safety & Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase the E-Book.

2. The product

The E-Book is a digital e-book (PDF) plus printable bonus materials, delivered electronically. It is sold for personal, educational use. No physical product is shipped.

3. License & intellectual property

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the E-Book and bonuses for your own use.
All content — text, recipes, illustrations, and design — is owned by Candice and protected by copyright.
You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share, or post the E-Book or bonuses, in whole or in part, without written permission.
Candles and other physical items you make using the methods in the E-Book are yours to use, gift, or sell.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; by purchasing you also agree to that processor's terms. Promotional pricing is available only while the relevant promotion is active.

6. Educational use & assumption of risk

The E-Book is educational. Candle making involves open flame and hot wax and carries inherent risk. You assume all such risk and agree to the terms of the Safety & Disclaimer, which is incorporated here by reference.

7. No warranties

The site and E-Book are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candice and The $3 Luxury Candle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, or property damage arising from your use of the site, the E-Book, or the methods described in it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the E-Book.
